Adolis García stroked his 20th longball of the season and drove in three runs in Texas’ 10-2 drubbing of Detroit. The outfielder from Ciego de Ávila, Cuba now leads the majors with 66 RBIs and has 36 XBH’s on the season.
Luis Robert has now homered four times in his last five games, yesterday the “Black Panther ” as he is known by the Cuban faithful deposited his 23 ball in the seats on the season and knocked in two runs and also scored on two other occasions to do his part in Chicago’s 11-5 thrashing of the Angels.
