Cionel Pérez notched his second win of the season after tossing a scoreless inning in relief were a struck out a batter in Baltimore’s 2-1 win versus Minnesota. The lefty from Matanzas, Cuba saw his ERA descend to 4.45 on the campaign. Pérez has fanned six batters in his last seven outings.
