Dairon Blanco laid down a suicide squeeze bunt to drive in the winning run and walk it off against Seattle 7-6. In 40 games with big team the Cuban has driven in 13 runs and stolen 14 bases.

Jorge Soler went yard for the 29th time on the season in a three-run eighth inning for the Marlins to seal Miami’s 5-1 victory over the Astros. The slugger has homered three times in his last seven games.

Julio Pablo Martínez also joined in on the act with two hits, a run batted in and scored three times to join in on the act. In his short time in the big show the left-fielder is hitting a robust .400.
