Adolis García hit his 35 homerun of the season and Aroldis Chapman pitched an inning and a third to win his sixth game of the season in relief. The Rangers downed the Red Sox’s 6-4 and Chapman with three strikeouts on the night has now reached 100 in a season for the fifth time in his career.

Luis Robert and Yoan Moncada both went yard and combined for three runs batted in to account for all of Chicago’s runs in their 4-3 loss to Washington. For Robert it was his 37th longball on the campaign,while Moncada launched hit 9th roundtripper.

Randy Arozarena swatted his 23rd homerun, his only hit in four at-bats and also drove in two to do his part in Tampa’s 6-2 win over the Angels. The outfielder now is six runs batted in from reaching a career high. Yandy Díaz also aided the cause with three hits and run scored in four trips to the plate.
