Cuba announces their roster for the Pan-Am Games.

Missing on the squad are FCB stars such as Alfredo Despaigne, Ariel Martínez, Raidel Martínez and Liván Moinelo due to injury and rest. Yadir Drake and Miguel Romero will also not accompany the squad due to the fact that they have training camp with there winter league ballclubs.

Touted prospect pitching Frank Abel Álvarez will be on-hand with the Antilleans, while the team’s pitching corps has taken a big with the recent defections of Marlon Vega, Javier Mirabal, Yeudis Reyes and Alexander Valiente.
