Yadir Drake debuts in the LVBP with a win. (+Winter League Report)

Yadir Drake debuted in the LVBP with two hits in four at-bats and scored a run to do his part in Caracas’ 4-2 victory over Aragua. The Leones are still a game back of Lara for the second place in the Round Robin with three games to go.

Speaking of Lara, Rangel Ravelo laced two hits in four times at the dish and drove in two runs to lead Lara in their 7-2 thrashing of La Guaira. The Cuban slugger is now hitting .316 in the postseason. The Cardenales are two wins from clinching a spot in LVBP championship series with La Guaira.

In Puerto Rico Félix Stevens collected a hit three trips to the plate and also knocked a run, but Carolina fell to Caguas 3-2. The other run on the night was driven in by Adeiny Hechavarria vía a groundout. The Criollos now lead the series 3-2 and are a victory away for their 21st league title.
