The outfielder went 0-for-2 in second game and the Tecolotes shutout the Dorados 1-0 in the second game to sweep the twin billing.
JC Negret drove in two runs via a two-run single in the first game of Chihuahua’s loss. The slugger saw his average descend to .299 on the season and augmented his RBI total to 16. Negret went hitless in two trips to the plate in the second contest of the two game set.
Félix Pérez swatted a hit in four at-bats and scored twice in Tabasco’s 11-4 thrashing of Querétaro. The slugger from the Isle of Youth who recently returned from injury is hitting a robust .471 in 17 trips to the plate. Expect Pérez to play a bigger with the team in the near future.
