Liván Moinelo allowed one unearned run on five hits in eight full innings, striking out eight and walking just one, but left with a no-decision in SoftBank’s 2-1 victory over Nippon Ham. His record stayed at 5-0 and his ERA descended to 1.47 on the campaign.

Raidel Martínez earned his nineteenth save of the season today after tossing a scoreless inning of relief during the Yomiuri Giants’ 4-1 win over the Hiroshima Carp at Ishikawa Stadium in Kanazawa.
