Rangel Ravelo walks it off against México City. (+Mexican League Report)

Rangel Ravelo homered for the second time on the season, a tenth inning to walk it off against the defending champion Diablos Rojos of México City and propel the Tijuana Toros to a 7-6 victory in extra-innings. The Cuban slugger now hits .286 on the season.

Dayán Viciedo homered for the second day in a row, a first inning three-run longball to pace the Tecolotes de Dos Laredos in their 9-7 win over the Olmecas de Tabasco.  The infielder saw his average rise to .313 on the campaign.

Yadir Drake went yard for the 10th time on the year, drove in three runs and scored twice, but Yucatán fell to Jalisco 14-6. The “Panther” is now hitting a robust .376 on the season. The outfielder has been a cornerstone for the Leones offense over the last five years.
