Johan Oviedo notched his first win of the season after tossing five innings of two-hit, one-run ball during Pittsburgh’s 2-1 win over the Bluejays. The right-hander who recently returned from Tommy John surgery also fanned six and saw his ERA descend to 4.50 on the season.

Andy Ibáñez knocked in a run via a first inning single in four trips to the plate on the day. The infielder also scored a run and did his part in Detroit’s 7-2 won over the Houston Astros. Ibáñez now hits .240 on the campaign.

Lourdes Gurriel swatted his 17th homerun of the season, a ninth inning solo-shot to tie a game that Arizona eventually won 3-2 over Cleveland. The outfielder drove in two runs in total on the day, while also scoring a run and watching his average rise to .249 on the season.
