Luis Danys Morales secured his third victory of the season after another dominant outing. Morales tossed 5⅔ innings of five-hit, two run ball and also retired eight via the strikeout to lead the Athletics in their 11-3 thrashing of the Cardinals.

Yosver Zulueta tossed a scoreless ⅔ of an inning to earn his first MLB victory during Cincinnati’s 5-4 win over the Bluejays. The right-hander saw his ERA descend to 4.50 on the campaign. Opponents now hit a miniscule .150 against the right-hander on the year.

Aroldis Chapman notched a save for the second day in a row securing Boston’s 6-4 win over Cleveland. The flamethrowing left-hander tossed a scoreless ninth inning in which he fanned a batter to watch his ERA descend to 1.00 on the season. Chapman is now two saves from a ninth 30 save season.

Although the Angels fell to the Astros 8-3, Zach Neto swatted his 25 homerun in four trips to the plate and also scored on an occasion. The Cuban-American shortstop now hits a solid .264 on the season. Neto is five homers and four stolen bases from a 30-30 season.
