Jorge Soler continues to swing a big stick in the present, last night the slugging outfielder went yard for the 15th time on the campaign. In total Soler collected three hits and knocked two runs, while also scoring twice in Miami’s 7-6 loss to Colorado. Over the last 15 games the power-hitter has swatted six longballs and driven in 17.
Yuli Gurriel tripled for the second game in a row and drove in a run to continue his torrid hitting that has seen .440 over his last seven games. The native of the Sancti Spíritus, Cuba is sporting a .299 average on the season.

Randy Arozarena banged out two in three trips to the plate and drove in two runs to due his part in Tampa’s 6-3 win over Toronto. Arozarena who has 39 runs batted in on the campaign places him sixth in MLB in this category.
Although Yennier Canó gave up only his second run in 26 ⅔ he still notched his fourth save of the season. The flamethrowing right-hander also struck one to secure Baltimore’s 3-1 win over the Yankees. The hurler has struck out 29 and also sports a sterling 0.45 on the campaign.
