Yuli Gurriel stroked a key two-run double in a key three-run seventh inning in Miami’s 5-4 comeback. Nick Fortes also added a run-scoring single to tie the game knocking in Gurriel later in that inning. Gurriel and Fortes are now hitting .247 and .202 on the season and have now each driven in 23 runs.

Raisel Iglesias notched his 29th save of the year after tossing a scoreless ninth in which he gave up a hit to secure Atlanta’s 5-2 win over Pittsburgh. The Cuban right-hander saw his ERA fall to 2.83 and has saved 19 games over his last 30 appearances.

Yordan Álvarez and José Abreu combined for three hits, two RBIs and a run scored to do their part in Houston’s 12-2 thrashing of the Padres. The sluggers who have paced the Astros’ offense hit .435 and .280 over their last seven games respectively.
