Marlins’ prospect knocks in two in loss. (+Spring Training Report)

Yiddi Cappé drove in two runs via a double and a ground ball in four trips to the plate and also scored a run, but the Marlins fell to the Cardinals 11-10. The fish’s seventh ranked prospect is now hitting a robust .429 in seven at-bats this spring.

The native of Miami also scored three times to pace Los Angeles’ 10-6 victory over Cincinnati. The shortstop has been locked in at the plate this spring hitting .333.
