Miguel Vargas and Andy Pagés combined for two hits, three RBIs and two runs scored to lead the Dodgers to a 10-3 thrashing of the Mets. The infielder and the outfielder are hitting .231 and .234 respectively. Although they are not hitting for a high average they have a promising future with the team from tinsel town.

Nick Castellanos went yard for the seventh time on the season and also drove another run via a double to lead Philadelphia to a 6-1 drubbing of the San Francisco Giants. The Cuban-American is launched three homeruns in his last seven games and has knocked in 24 runs on the campaign.

Although the Astros fell to the Mariners 2-1, Yordan Álvarez collected two hits in four trips to the plate and scored a run to pace the team from Space City’s attack. The Cuban slugger is hitting a blistering .333 on his last seven games.
