The outfielder from Sancti Spíritus, Cuba is hitting a robust .407 over his last seven games and has knocked in 41 runs on the season.
Andy Pagés and Miguel Vargas combined for two hits two runs scored and an also drove in a run via a sacrifice fly in the Dodgers’ 15-2 thrashing of the Rangers. The outfielder and infielder now hit .264 and .250 on the season. After the contest Miguel Vargas was optioned to the minors.
