Adolis García knocks in two in a Rangers’ win. (+Cuban MLB Report)

Adolis García swatted three hits in five at-bats, knocked in two runs and scored twice to do his part in Texas’ 10-2 thrashing of the White Sox. The outfielder has now driven 49 runs and broke a .185 skid over his last 15 games.

Luis Robert Jr went yard for the 12th time on the season. The “Black Panther ” as he is known by the Cuban faithful has homered five times in his last 115 trips to the plate for the pale holes.

Although he didn’t factor in the decision Yariel Rodríguez had another solid start. The right-hander from Camagüey, Cuba tossed 5⅔ innings of two-hit, two-run ball during the Bluejays’ 6-3 win over the Rays. The hurler also fanned six and his ERA fell to 3.69 on the season.

For Tampa Bay Randy Arozarena collected two hits in three trips to the plate and drove in a run in a losing cause. The outfielder is now hitting a robust .375 over his last seven games. Arozarena has also driven in 36 runs on the campaign.
