José Barrero had a perfect night at the plate swatting three hits in as many trips to the plate, drove in a run and scored on an occasion, but the Estrellas Orientales fell to the Leones del Escogido 10-6 almost sealing their fate in the Dominican Round Robin. The infielder is hitting a solid .270 in the postseason.

In the Liga ARCO Yasmany Tomás collected three hits in five at-bats and knocked in a run, but it was not enough to keep Los Mochis from dropping a 4-3 decision in extra-innings to the Tomateros de Culiacán.
