Yennier Cano notches his first win of the Spring. (+Cuban MLB Report)

Yennier Cano tossed a scoreless inning in relief to notch his first win of the spring during Baltimore’s 8-7 victory over the Tigers. The right-hander was a key component of the Orioles bullpen last season posting 3.14 ERA and 34 holds.

Lázaro Estrada threw a two scoreless innings in which he fanned two batters in Bluejays’ 3-2 win over the Cardinals. Armed with a 96 Mph fastball the hurler also garner his first hold of the young spring. Estrada a non-roster invitee has locked impressive so far this preseason.

Yanquiel Fernández swatted two hits in as many trips to the plate and drove in a run via an eighth inning single, while also scoring two runs during Colorado’s 14-3 thrashing of White Sox. The Cuban slugger is now hitting a robust .455 and has knocked in two runs on the young spring.
