Andy Pagés’ perfect evening leads LA to a win over San Diego. (+Cuban MLB Report)

Andy Pagés collected four hits in as many trips to the plate, including two homeruns and three runs batted in on the night to pace the Dodgers in their 8-6 win over the Padres. The Cuban slugger also scored three times and also leads all Cubans in MLB with 49 RBIs.

Raisel Iglesias notched his fourth win of the season after tossing a scoreless tenth inning in which he fanned a batter during the Braves’ 5-4 win over the Mets. The right-hander from the Isle of Youth saw his ERA fall to 6.00 on the campaign.

Although the White Sox fell to the Cardinals by a whopping 12-2 count, Edgar Quero knocked in a run via a first inning single to see his average rise to .284 on the season. He also upped his RBI total to 17 on the year. Since his call-up the catcher has been solid with the bat and behind the plate.
