Adrián Morejón notched his second save of the season after tossing a scoreless inning in relief during San Diego’s 1-0 blanking of Washington. The Cuban left-hander also fanned a batter on the day and saw his ERA descend to 2.04 on the campaign.

Andy Pagés swatted two hits in four trips to the plate and knocked in a run via a sixth inning single to do his part in the Dodgers 8-1 win over the Rockies. The outfielder saw his average rise to .297 and now leads all Cubans in MLB with 54 runs batted in on the season.

Lourdes Gurriel Jr drove in a run with an eighth inning single to account for a ⅓ of the Diamondbacks runs in their 7-3 loss to the White Sox. The outfielder saw his average fall to .257 and has driven in 41 runs on the year.
