Bryan Ramos: “I know I can do good things on the field. “

Bryan Ramos recently joined another Major League Baseball organization. For the Cuban, this represents a new experience and an opportunity to continue his professional baseball career. The St. Louis Cardinals have taken a chance on Ramos’s talent, and he will have to adapt to this franchise after playing with the White Sox at the Major League level.

The Cuban spoke to this publication and shared his focus after joining the St. Louis squad. “My focus will always be the same: trying to make the team and be in good physical condition to be able to get good results,” Ramos commented.

The young player acknowledged the challenges of switching to a new team and the process of fitting in with his new teammates. However, he is confident that he will integrate better as the days go by. “It’s still my first day here, but little by little I’ll gain confidence and start feeling better,” Ramos noted.

Ramos had his opportunities with the Chicago White Sox at the major league level, but he’s aware that his time with the team could end at any moment and that he should prepare for a trade. However, Ramos maintains the same attitude toward baseball. “I knew that nobody stays with a team forever, and I knew this could happen. Now I’m here, trying to settle in as quickly as possible,” he explained. “The important thing is to keep a clear mind and positive thoughts to keep moving forward with my career and my goal.”

The infielder doesn’t yet know what his role will be with the Cardinals, but he’s confident in his talent to make a good impression on the field. “I haven’t seen the team yet, but as always, I believe in myself. I know I can do good things on the field, so I’m going to let things unfold and take advantage of the opportunity that comes my way.”

The infielder commented on the process of being traded to another franchise and his presence on the list of designated players. “You feel a bit up in the air, but confident, because I know I can belong to a Major League organization. I can’t control things that are out of my hands, so I’m focused on the present.”

Bryan Ramos will be on the roster with fellow Cuban César Prieto. He commented on their relationship and the help they’ve given him. “We know each other fairly well, and he’s been helping me understand how everything works here.” Although the Cuban has experience in the Big Show, it doesn’t mean he has a guaranteed opportunity. He’ll have to fight for a spot on the redbirds roster during spring training, but Ramos’ talent is undeniable. Yesterday Ramos was designated for assignment
