Nolan Arenado knocks in five in an Arizona loss. (+Cuban MLB Report)

Nolan Arenado went yard for the first two times of the season and knocked in five runs, but his efforts could not prevent a Diamondbacks 9-7 loss to the Orioles. The third baseman has now hit 355 homeruns in his storied career.

Adolis García swatted two hits in four at-bats, including a sixth inning double that drove in a run to do his part in Philadelphia’s 13-7 win over the Chicago Cubs. The outfielder has now smashed three doubles on the young campaign.

Andy Pagés launched his fifth homerun of the season in four trips to the plate, a three-run fifth inning  shot to lead the Dodgers during their 4-0 blanking of the New York Mets. The outfielder now leads all of MLB with 20 runs batted in on the season.

Jorge Soler collected two hits in five at-bats, including a run-scoring double, but the Angels still fell to the New York Yankees 11-10. The slugger is now third in MLB with 17 RBIs and saw his average rise to .226 on the campaign.
