Henry Urrutia is on a tear, the native of Las Tunas, Cuba collected three hits for the second night in a row and knocked in a run via a ninth inning single to do his part in Querétaro’s 9-1 victory versus El Águila de Veracruz. The first baseman is hitting .667 to open the season in the Liga Mexicana de Béisbol.

Yurisbel Gracial also got in on the act for Querétaro by knocking in a run via a run-scoring double in the first inning to get the offense started for the Conspiradores. The outfielder upped is average to .125 on the early campaign.

Diosbel Arias homered for the first time on the season, a solo-shot in the sixth inning and followed it with a run-scoring single seventh inning to lead Quintana Roo in their 6-5 win over the Olmecas de Tabasco. The Cuban slugger is now hitting .556 on the young campaign.
