Jorge Soler cranked a two-run homerun in the  bottom of the first inning to start of the festivities in the Angels 7-6 win over the Baltimore Orioles, it was his only hit in three at-bats on the day. The Cuban slugger has now gone downtown 11 times and has knocked in 37 runs on the campaign.

For the Orioles Yennier Cano also saw action on Tuesday in the latest Major League Baseball slate. The Cuban right-hander struck out two batters and recorded his seventh hold of the season. Cano now sports a nifty 2.03 earned run average on the year and has fanned 27 hitters on the campaign.

Diaz now has three games with at least four hits on the season and leads the American League with a .332 average.
