Dairon Blanco had his best evening of the season launching his first homerun on the evening amongst his three hits on the evening and even stole two bases in the Royals 10-4 rout of the Angels. Blanco is now hitting a solid .300 on the season and has now swiped 10 bases in 30 at-bats.
Yordan Álvarez went yard for the eighth time on the campaign, drove in a run and scored twice to the lead the Astros to a 4-3 win over the Yankees. With his two hits in five at-bats the slugger broke a seven game skid that has seen him hit .200 over his last seven games.

Lourdes Gurriel Jr swatted a key sixth inning double to give the Diamondbacks a 2-1 lead that they never relinquished ultimately winning 5-4 versus the Reds. It was his only hit on the day in five trips to the plate. After a hot start to the season the outfielder has cooled off hitting .202 over the last month.
Bryan Ramos swatted two hits in four trips to the dish and scored two runs to do his part in the White Sox ‘s 3-2 victory over Cleveland. The rookie infielder has not looked overwhelmed hitting .389 after making the jump to the big leagues from Birmingham (AA).
