Andy Pagés went yard for the 11th time on the season, a two-run shot in the fifth inning of their 5-1 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers. The native of Pinar del Río, Cuba is now tied for the MLB league lead in runs batted in with 45.

Orlando Ribalta notched his first save after tossing ⅔ of a scoreless inning in which he fanned a batter to help secure Washington’s 2-1 win over the Atlanta Braves. The right-hander saw his earned run average fall to 2.31 on the season.
