Andy Pagés smashed four hits in five at-bats, while also knocking in three runs and scoring three times during the Dodgers 15-6 thrashing  of the Colorado Rockies. The outfielder of Pinar del Río, Cuba now leads Major Leagues in runs batted in with 49.

Zach Neto collected three hits in four trips to the plate and knocked in a run via a fourth inning double to do his part in the Angels 10-6 victory over the Tigers. The Cuban-American shortstop also scored twice on the day to watch his average rise to .233 on the campaign.

Although he allowed his first earned runs of the season Raisel Iglesias still managed to secure his first save helping secure Atlanta’s 7-6 win over the Red Sox. The Cuban right-hander from the allowed two runs via four hits to watch his earned run average ascend to 1.08 on the season.

Yordan Álvarez swatted two longballs in five at-bats to drive in fours runs and also scored twice on the day, but the Houston Astros still fell to the Texas Rangers 10-7. The slugger has now gone yard 18 times on the season and also sports a robust 1.045 OPS to lead the big leagues in the statistical category.
