Adrián Morejón collected his 11th hold on the year after throwing 1⅓ innings of scoreless baseball in which he fanned two batters to help secure San Diego’s 7-5 over the Washington Nationals. The flamethrowing left-hander has now not allowed a run in his last nine outings and saw his ERA fall to 3.99 on the year.
